Easier than copper. Not as likely to link and doesn’t seem to “puff” up on the spool. Much easier to spool out. Just follow the manufacturer’s instructions for termination. I used the same mini swivels and crimp sleeves that I use on my wire divers. Do use shrink tube. ?

This line is great and is much easier to handle than copper. You can lay this line on the floor of your boat if you get a tangle and it winds back on super easy. In my experience it has a similar sink rate than copper. Definitely give the edge to this. I love that FishUSA stocks the bulk spools.

This stuff is amazing. Cannot say for sure if it has the exact same sink rate as copper, however, it catches fish every bit as good and is much more forgiving. It is also very easy to reel in and termination is a breeze with an albright knot. We fish a 200 and a 300 and both shine in our spread when fish are in the 40-60 foot range.
