The Daiwa Legalis LT Spinning Reel receives an update on the colors and keeps the same advanced features anglers have relied upon in previous editions, including the body made from a non-corrosive carbon-based composite that is lighter and stronger than stereotypical graphite. The Legalis LT with its Air Bail and Air Rotor continues to provide strength and trouble-free line control in a featherweight package, for both mono and braided line. An Automatic Tournament Drag (ATD) system reduces start-up inertia for a smoother drag to control the fish right at the hookup. The spinning reel features 5+1 ball bearings for smooth operation cranked by a slimmer handle that is 50% lighter than previous versions. Available in a size range to cover any freshwater and up to light saltwater use.
