I don't know what it is about these Deep Jr. Thundersticks, but they're terrific for summer walleye trolling. The green UV and black gold seem to be the best colors for Upper Michigan walleyes. They really shine on some lead-core. And they're pretty cheap so breaking or losing one isn't a big deal. Definitely need to have these in your tackle box.

On an Ontario fly in, Storm deep jr. outperformed all our other crankbaits. Biggest walleye of the trip were caught when these were trolled and bouncing off the bottom. Caught a bunch and none of them under 18" unlike jig and minnow where 1 out of 10 are 18"
