I bought some of these to use for a worm harness and discovered that they don't rattle as described. I wrote to Fish USA CS and was told (I took a look at the inventory I have. These do rattle, but it is a soft rattle. They almost sound like shaking a vial of coarse sand rather than a traditional rattle.) OK so this isn't the answer I was looking for so I contacted PK Lures and here is their response (The Pro Series float when used with a Dakota Disc and Wobbler will give a rattle when pulled due to the side to side action of the Dakota Disc along with the multi directional spinning of the Wobbler. When the Pro Series float is used on the two sizes of Reeff Rigs there really is no rattle due the Reeff rig pulls straight though the water. The Float does spin when pulled and our colors pattern resembles a dieing minnow as it spins.) The info above should have been provided in the marketing description.
