I recently ordered and received a Fish Hawk TD Digital At-Depth Water Temp Gauge. I opened the package and turned it on. It is frozen reading at 102 degrees F (39 C). It will not clear. I asked for help and was told to take it up with the manufacturer. I was surprised that they do not back the products they mark up and sell. Instead customer service is limited to only purchasing more products and not helping a customer and taking up the quality concerns on the customer's behalf.

I found it to be very easy to use, but I have to question the accuracy of the readings it gave me.

I have only used it a few times but it seems to work as advertised. After reading some guide reports on our local lake concerning water temperature, I can say with some confidence that they are only guessing at what’s below. Great to have real numbers to work with. Looking forward to using it as the water warms and see how trout relate to different temperatures.
