Fish Hawk TD Digital At-Depth Water Temp Gauge gives all anglers critical water temp and depth information essential for more consistent catches. Thanks to highly accurate temperature and water pressure sensors, the Fish Hawk TD provides an accurate watertemperature profile of the entire water column by showing the water temperature at 5-feet intervals of depth down to 300-feet. The Fish Hawk TD also reveals the true running depth of copper, leadcore, and dispsey lines.

    Saves time finding fish, so you catch more fish. Especially for fish like kokanee. Would rate it 5 stars, but my first one only lasted 5 years. This is my 2nd and probably last one. Price is pretty high if you need to replace every few years.

    worked great as far as i could see was fairly accurate as far as water depth and temp. i didn't notice the device affecting lure depth to point of unusable for sure this has limits as far as to the inch accuracy ,but for watt it is ill use when making major changes to tackle. BUT WATCH OUT for the clips that attach to mainline for some reason they open up i changed mine out to different more reliable type .

    The product concept is great but it has a terrible flaw which renders it totally useless. It will stop measuring if the rate of depth change is too low, something the manual doesn't mention and you only discover after wasting two hours with it and then contacting support. So if you have a line 100ft out with a lure 7ft deep it will shut off before it reaches the lure and tell you 0ft. It only works well for a downrigger or to tell the depth right under your boat - but what's the point of using it for that?

    Great tool for all trollers. A lot of good information can be retrieved if you don't have the money for a Fish Hawk unit.
