We caught lots of kings on these great lures when fishing deeper holes. Bought these as replacements for those lost to big salmon getting hung up in wood this year. For shallower flows, we used the regular thundersticks to great advantage.

I've only tried one of these and when I tried to troll it, the lure would no run true (it spiralled in a wide circle and then skimmed along the surface) nor did it exhibit any kind of appropriate wiggle. Examining the item, I can't see any obvious damage/defect.
