    I’ve put close to 69 fish on this rod and it has held up great. The sensitivity of the rod for the money is crazy good.

    Great overall quality! I got the medium action version and it has great sensitivity. I love the quark grip, and it has great durability. This rod has amazing value and I would recommend it to anyone.

    As far as rods at this price point, you won’t find a better one than the Stimula. They have the same reel seat and full cork grip feel of my higher end Shimano’s and St Croix’s in an inexpensive 2 piece to travel with a couple times a year for bass and light saltwater. Again, not a 5 star rod in comparison to those, but as a temporary substitute, it’s excellent.
