RIO InTouch Level T Welding Tubing allows anglers and fly shops to customize the length of the sink tip by welding a loop in the end of their line. It's a heat shrink tubing that sits over a doubled-back fly line to allow an easy welded loop to be formed. Each RIO InTouch Level T Welding Tube is six inches in length and will shrink down to 50% of its size.
