The Penn Torque Lever Drag 2 Speed Conventional Reel gives offshore anglers the strength and control needed to handle tuna, wahoo, grouper, and other powerful gamefish. With a fully machined and anodized aluminum body and sideplates, this reel withstands harsh saltwater abuse while maintaining a lightweight profile. The forged aluminum spool includes line capacity rings for quick reference while deploying or retrieving. The Quick-Shift™ 2-speed system allows instant transitions between high-speed retrieves and low-speed power cranks, giving anglers full command when deep-dropping or turning fish from structure.


Internally, the stainless steel main and pinion gears pair with the Dura-Drag™ system to deliver smooth and consistent drag pressure under heavy load. Six shielded stainless steel ball bearings ensure fluid operation, while the quiet double-dog anti-reverse provides reliable hook-setting power without backplay. Built for serious offshore use, the Torque 2-Speed offers the rugged reliability needed when targeting trophy saltwater predators.
