The Cisco Single Hangman Pulley can run planer boards from the gunnel railing to spread your trolling lines. The aluminum single planer pulley is made with tough and tested aluminum sides and stainless steel ball bearings, fastened with stainless steel hardware that will last a lifetime. The sheave is recessed to prevent the line from being captured between the side plate and the sheave. The manufacturer rates the 12/0 swivel at 1500 lbs.
