    I stopped by the FishUSA storefront on my way to the Toyota Series on St Lawrence River to replace a drop shot rod and the 7'1" M Oath was the one I chose. I landed 7 of the 8 smallmouth that bit on this rod, with two being at or just under 5 pounds, and I'm confident that I didn't miss any bites with this rod. I like a little stiffer rod for drop shot but, I'm sure the usual ML that people use works just as well. Responsive, sensitive, good playing rod that lands fish and doesn't cost a small fortune. Highly recommend and will be buying more!

    I was looking for a more budget friendly option to my Ark Reinforcer drop shot rod. The grip is nearly the same and gives great contact with the blank for feedback. The blank itself is 36T which is great for a rod at this price range. Even more impressive was the shipping time. Showed up 3 days after I ordered.
