My goto delta striper trolling lure for 12ft to 17 ft. Tip the last treble hook with a zoom trick worm and you will limit out quick.

These are extremely well made deep diving lures, with excellent depth performance, low drag resistance and tight wobbling action while running. The reflective foils used create a superb fish attracting flash and because these are protected by the hard plastic shell the lures are practically indestructible. I have used them on an in-line side planer rig with great success. For me the 'Red head', 'Silver Black' and 'Smelt' patterns worked well trolled for Brown Trout and Landlocked Atlantic Salmon. They used to make a plain flat silver foil version (not faceted like the 'Silver Black') with a black back that I miss very much, hope they re-issue this pattern. The 4 3/8" size is the preferred model for most North American freshwater fish.

I've been using yo-zuri deep divers for approximately 10 years and I have yet to come across a more durable/reliable bait. Runs great right out of the box! Some may say that the hooks aren't that great but I have used many other brands where the hooks were much worse. I highly recommend them and yes you may occasionally have to change a hook but overall its a great bait and Fish USA has the best price. Not only that but they have free shipping on purchases of $50 or more, and I always have my order in 3 days or less! Cant beat that! Fish USA and Yo-zuri is a winning combination!
