Product Details

P-Line Hydrofloat Thermal Fused Spectra Line gives salmon and steelhead anglers an edge when float or centerpin fishing by keeping drifts drag-free and visible on the water’s surface. Its thermal fused coating increases buoyancy compared to traditional Spectra lines, while added body helps reduce frustrating rod tip wrap. With a high strength-to-diameter ratio and virtually no stretch, Hydrofloat delivers instant hook-setting power and long, controlled drifts whether on spinning, baitcasting, or centerpin reels.

  • Thermal fused coating adds buoyancy for drag-free drifts
  • Increased body reduces rod tip wrap common with limp lines
  • High strength-to-diameter ratio with low stretch for solid hook sets
  • Quantity per pack: 1

    Great line

I highly recommend the 20 lb. test. I tried the 15 lb. and it seemed to fray way too easily around the bobber stop. I have not tried the 30 lb. test.

I use this line on my Ross center pin reel. The line casts well for me and it also floats very well. I am ok with it in cold weather/water conditions. It would, however, do the company better if it was available in other colors and perhaps more line in the spool. I would recommend this product to others.
