A Minn Kota PD/AP Quick Release Bracket / MKA-16-03 allows for quick, easy removal of your electric steer, bow-mount trolling motor from your boat deck (see motor compatibility listed below). A direct replacement for the MKA-16-02, Minn Kota manufactures the Quick Release Bracket with the strength of an extruded aluminum design for freshwater use. A side screw provides a secure locking system. You can fasten brackets further with a padlock (not included). Sturdy construction and with clear-cut installation instructions, if you want to add or remove your trolling motor, then the Minn Kota PD/AP Quick Release Bracket / MKA-16-03 base does the trick for you.
