The Bobby Garland Mayfly Soft Bait is an innovative replica of the prolific insect that spends most of its life in the underwater stage as a nymph before emerging as a flying adult. The Mayfly's distinctive silhouette is one of the first ways that bear to mind as an alternative to commonplace shad shapes. Bobby Garland mayflies mimic these stages with a 2.25-inch insect profile with appendages and a spindly twin tail that wiggles, casting micro-vibrations that tempt a crappie's sense of vision and "hearing." Taste comes into play when bitten, as the soft bait insect lure's fish-oil scent is naturally familiar to crappie as they make the grab. Its solid body insect profile rigs up to various jigheads and sizes from 1/32-ounce and up. The MayFly is a sturdy soft plastic insect you can fish in multiple ways, such as finesse jigging, dock shooting, and spider rigging. The mayflies come in a 50-count bag with a snap-close hinged lid and roomy pleated sides to protect lure shape and appendages.
