Leland's Lures Trout Magnets are a favorite of trout and panfish anglers across America. Trout Magnets feature a lead-free shad-dart jig head combined with a split tail worm. These tiny lures perfectly replicate the larval insects, crustaceans, and fish fry that make up the majority of what trout and panfish feed on.

 

For best results in moving water, fish the Leyland's Trout Magnet on ultralight or light action gear under a small BB-sized spit shot and twitch the rod tip as the lure drifts. These lures are also great for fishing under a small float, just off the bottom.

    The trout magnet lures work very well for stocked trout in a local lake! Got a limit in about two hours. The limit is five! Great product, also caught crappie as well!

    I have used these on 2 outings on 2 different lakes that they have been fantastic on the panfish. They last a good amount of time as far as not breaking up or ripping off after a couple of fish hit them. Would recommend and am actually ordering some more.

    I've been using the things ever since they became available, and I swear by them. Gold, white, and red are old standbys, but my favorite pattern is not offered on this site. You can dead drift them with an indicator (I use 1/2" thingamabobbers) or drift without and twitch the rod tip, or reel-twitch-reel-twitch them in still water or pools. Wild trout, stocked trout, panfish, just about everything will eat these.
