    Simple way to add weight without having a bunch of long line rods on boat. Simple way to increase depth with same rod. Carry a few of each. Use an red Offshore clip with the pin so it holds. I attach mine to the front end where leader meets the weighted steel, lead core or copper.

    I always have a couple of torpedo divers on lines while fishing for Chinook Salmon in Lake Michigan. I use them with OR-16 clips and they work incredibly well. I always keep a couple of spares on the boat just in some other piece of hardware fails, but these weights work great.
