Smallmouth love this bait on the drop shot. I rig it about a foot and a half off the bottom. Use an octopus number 1 hook thru the nose. I often open my bail and lift up slowly this makes the bait fall to the bottom then swim up like a goby.

Personally outfishes other great soft drop shot baits like roboworms. Fish aren't biting senkos, drop these boys in and you can catch those bass.
