I have been using my Tightline K5 Anchor to anchor my kayak for a year and I am very happy with my choice. As someone who brings a lot of gear on board to kayak fish this anchor is perfect. Folded up, it is small and compact, very lightweight which makes it a great replacement for some of the other anchor types I was using. It saves space when not in use and I find myself taking the anchor with me all of the time whereas before using a K5 I would end up not bothering to bring an anchor with me because they were bulky. I love the breakaway feature, gives me some peace of mind

    The Tightline Anchor K5 rocks!

The K5 is awesome. Best anchor I have ever used. It's rugged, aggressive and made from the finest materials. I have one on each of my kayaks and never head out without one.

I first started using the original K4x bc it was extremely light and compact but after losing it to an underwater cable-aargh, I replaced it with the K5 and breakaway kit. What I love about this anchor most is its immediate holding power, drop anchor and dont worry about drifting off your spot. Pricey? Yes but worth every dime IMO. I lost one and didnt hesitate to buy another!
