I don't know the proper name for this rig, I call it my flounder rig. I tie a bank sinker to the bottom leg and a leader with hook to the side leg. This swivel works very well for this set-up to relieve line twist.

Purchased these 3-ways to use for running a modified dubuque rig with a jig on bottom and a fly up high. Standard 3-ways end up with lots of tangles from the fly wrapping around the main line and jig dropper. The T-turn almost entirely eliminated that issue.

This is a good 3-way swivel. Great for large river (lower Niagara & Tribs) fishing for Salmon, Browns & Steelhead in the fall. Also can be used for making your own perch & crappie rigs. The medium is a good all around size.
