This thing is my current favorite. I mostly fish for small lake trout in relatively shallow water with an ultralight rod/reel. Due to the predictable sink rate/depth I experienced NO snags on the lake's grassy and loggy bottom. The water was clear enough to see the lure swimming along excellently. I caught two small lake trout with it in the hour I had to spend fishing. I also liked not needing to worry about adding any weights or snaps or swivels. Just tied straight to my 4lb test and it worked as advertised.
