Its rigid aluminum HAGANE Body and X-Rigid Rotor maximize cranking efficiency by eliminating flex during hard pulls, while the cold-forged HAGANE Gear and oversized X-Rigid Gear, thicker and more durable than prior generations, transfer power directly through every turn of the handle. X-Ship and Infinity Drive work in tandem to maintain smooth rotation and low resistance under heavy loads, making it easier to retrieve high-drag baits and battle strong-running pelagics. The X-Tough Drag and Cross Carbon Drag systems provide stable, wide-range tension control with metal and carbon washers supported from both ends of the spool. Models from 10000 to 30000 feature the Heatsink Drag, which sheds heat and limits friction to keep line temperatures in check during extended runs.
