I was excited to use this float for steelhead in Northeast Ohio. I recieved it in the mail and was disappointed to find that the ends of the float are flexible coffee straw like plastic not the traditional hard plastic or wood I am used to. With the flimsy ends it is tough to secure the rubber stoppers onto the float and is annoying.

Poorly designed but for the price its what you get. The main part of the float comes off the shaft of the float quite easily. Overall I would have to go with the Raven floats over these.
