Product Details

Cover more water from the bank, dock, or boat with Rocket Bobbers by Tackle 2000, a long-casting fishing bobber that helps crappie, bluegill, perch, trout, and other panfish anglers reach fish that standard floats leave untouched. The aerodynamic rocket shape and weighted center drive consistent 30 to 40 yard casts with strong accuracy, while the sensitive tip-up design helps you pick up light bites and subtle takes. A spring-loaded “J” hook reverses position so you can lock it on the line or fish it as a slip bobber, and the sonically welded, lead-free construction adds strength without relying on glued joints. The tip also includes a hook remover, and each pack contains one bobber except the Multi-Color Pack, which includes two.

  • Aerodynamic rocket shape and weighted center deliver average casts of 30 to 40 yards
  • Spring-loaded “J” hook reverses position to lock on the line or function as a slip bobber
  • Tip-up design improves bite detection, and the tip includes a hook remover
  • Sonically welded joint adds strength with lead-free construction
  • 1 bobber per pack except Multi-Color Pack, which includes 2

Made in the USA

Please note: The color of the Rattlin' Rocket Bobbers may be Orange Top/Yellow Bottom or Yellow Top/Orange Bottom based on manufacturer production. Color cannot be chosen.

These are the best bobber for getting that line out even in the wind. I would highly recommend the gamefisher.

Love these bobbers but I wish I could stop the line from tangling around the bobber!

This is my 3rd season using the Rocket bobber for crappies. They cast flawlessly with no flip over and cast long distance. Most important is how they react to the slightest of bites, Crappie can be finicky and soft bite at times, in this case the bobber slowly uprights to indicate a strike. My Crappie harvest has increased immensely with this bobber. Most of my Friends have switched over after seeing how well it performs. It's comforting to buy a product that does exactly what it's intended to do!!!

I have been using these to fish for trout and grayling with a fly. They are incredibly sensitive, cast very well, and fall in line with your line when fighting a fish. A definite keeper. I have had minor slipping issues with a couple of them, usually under a harder hookset. It can actually be an advantage setting a hook on a light hitting fish, but wears on the line. I have found the yellow to be the most visible under most conditions, glow works best at the ends of the day.
