    I bought a pair of the Okuma trolling rod combos and one of the guide eyes was missing the ceramic insert. I called customer service and told them about it and they shipped me a new one no questions asked, and to keep the defective one and fix it if I wanted to. The replacement arrived three days later and I have fished withe them three times now and could not be happier with their performance for the money!

    FishUSA is my go to place for fishing tackle of any kind. My latest purchase arrived within ten days of ordering and the rod and line counter reels were shipped in a box jammed with packing material which did an excellent job of preventing any damage en route. I haven’t tried them out yet as it is winter here, but will be rigged and ready at ice out.

    Really good rod for the money, caught tons of walleye on this rod already, holding up great, reel isn’t the best…. Nor the worst, it’s an overall 100% WORTH IT!!
