Okuma Classic Pro GLT rods

by Kirk Harmes -

I fish the Great Lakes for a living and own several Okuma Classic Pro GLT rods. For downrigging, I like the medium light action, because you can really load it up and yet it has enough backbone to handle any fish that swims. You will enjoy fishing with this rod, because it is light, sensitive and it doesn't feel like you are fishing with a telephone pole. It makes fishing a lot more fun, because you feel the fish fight more. A great fishing rod for the price that will last many years.

I love these rods!

by pete6520 -

I picked up a few of the 762ML's 2 seasons ago and put them through the paces... I like these rods... lightweight and strong.. I ended up buying more and getting rid of all of my 8'6" and longer rods...

Looks Good

by MikeH -

Didn't use this rod yet, but it looks like it is well made to handle the type of river fishing I'll use it for. Balances well with my Daiwa Accudepth reels.

Copper leadcore

by Borto1990 -

I use these for all my copper and leadcore rods for great lakes trolling. I've bought 25 of these to keep my entire setup matching. Love the triangle handle grip and that it has a hook keeper by the handle so you dont have to secure line to a eye in storage unlike the shimano tdr.
