The Okuma Celilo Kokanee Pro Trolling Rod also combines the best Kokanee Salmon/Steelhead Casting Rod features you can find. The Celilo Specialty Series rods use a lightweight sensitive graphite composite blank adorned by guide inserts that handle lines from 2-8 lbs with aplomb. As a casting model, the Okuma Celilo Kokanee rod's fore and rear cork grips are perfectly suited for the job while also delivering a design for trolling with a tapered rear grip.

The two Okuma Celilo Kokanee rods feature different guide inserts. The CE-C-702L model carries aluminum oxide guide inserts, while the CE-C-762Lb rod, a Celilo Specialty "B" rod, relies on titanium oxide guide inserts to escort fishing lines.     Great light action trolling rods.

    A fishing buddy of mine has one of these and I've fished with it on his boat. They make a great light action trolling rod for use on smaller salmon, trout and walleye.

    The action on this pole is ultra light which is exactly what you want for kokanee fishing. Haven't taken it kokanee fishing yet, but it was working great on the rainbow trout.

    I bought this rod to use for trolling for trout on small high mountain lakes and I couldn't have selected a better platform. The rod is sensitive and has a great feel when fighting fish. This is my second Okuma rod and I would not hesitate to buy another one as the quality is right up there with the more expensive rods on the market.

    The rod is used everyday for trout fishing with my downriggers. Caught a nice 11 pounder last Friday morning and the rod made a difference in getting the fish in the net or losing it. Held out well even with a lot of bend in it. Glad I bought it.
