Received three Heritage tip ups, two finished and one unfinished. Flag did not trip on one and the finish on it was all scratched up. The other finished one had some scratches on it as well. Needless to say I was able bit disappointed spending that kind of money on a top tier product. Contacted CS and was sent a label to ship the faulty one back. It's been well over a week and a half and still do not have a replacement. I would a of expected a quicker turnaround considering i sent a video and pics of the one i was returning. Very disappointed

I ordered some heritage laker tipups for my boyfriend for Christmas and two of the three arrived damaged. I called the number on the packing slip and an associate immediately said he would send replacements. It was super easy, no hassle, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company. Customer service is everything. Tipups are great too!!

These tip ups are the best. I've caught almost every fresh water species with them. They are highly visable. Are tall enough to be seen by snowmobiles. They usually have reflective tape on them so they can be seen in a storm, or at night. I have never had one fail, or freeze up on me. I reccomend these to any body for any type of ice fishing.
