Love these mittens for ice fishing they keep your hands hot and are easy to take off in a hurry. Waterproof and the texture gives you an extra grip on your snow machine or 4wheeler out on the ice. The only down fall I can think of is they changed the inner liner of the mittens over the years I like the earlier ones with the short fuzzy liners not the new furry new liners.

These mittens are the best I've found for rowing a drift boat in frigid temps. They provide exceptional grip while providing super warmth!! If your hands are cold from fishing you end up begging to row the boat, just so you can slip into these mittens. The Brown trout bite is best when the conditions are bad...cold and wet. My Polar Eskimo Mittens let me stay on the water all day.

I love the Polar Mittens for ice fishing with tip-ups. They are the best on cold days and have room inside for hand warmers on a really cold day. I always remove my mittens when setting up tip-ups or checking a flag. So I love the Polar Mittens because they are easy to get on and off. The Polar Mittens are too bulky to set-up tip-ups or play a fish, so if you can't tolerate the cold with bare hands, you'll need to wear a thin pair of gloves inside your Polar Mittens. Polar Mittens are also a little bulky for jigging, although I've done it on very cold days. Liners are removable for drying and replacable which are great features. Buy a spare pair of liners in case yours get wet while fishing!
