I use these for winter Speckled trout fishing in the surf here in NC when water temp drops into the 50's.

I ordered these and finally got to use them for some trout fishing. After being in the river I thought I felt some water in my boot and once I got out, to my surprise, I was right. Thankfully FishUSA has a good return policy and will be taking them back for an exchange. Other than the boot leak, I liked the waders. They are a bit tall/oversized but that's ok with me.

I couldn't believe how fast we received the waders. We ordered them in the late afternoon on one day, and received them the very next. My husband is only 5'7...and since you have to order by the boot size....when he pulled the waders out of the box...we just cracked up laughing because when he held them up, he could barely see over the top of the bib. But...I made him try them on...and even thought they bunch up around the knees somewhat, and the velcro needs to be up a little higher for the short guys...( I can have more sewn on) - he loves them. (and they give him extra movement room). My only complaint really, is that it would be nice to have some way of adjusting the strap, whether by velcro or a slide buckle...for the shorter guy.
