I bought the 30" for my 12 ft SOT fishing kayak. I used to be a sail in the water on windy days but with this it cut my drifting speed in half. Helps me work an area more thoroughly without having to reposition. 100% recommend for anyone on a kayak.

This is the one drift sock that really works.. Well, they all work but this one works effortlessly. Throw it out.. It takes care of itself.. Really.. Inflates every time with no hassles. I did add a white wiffle ball to the tail to add a little drag on the back end and make it easier to see the tail end in the water.. Not really needed but helpful to me.. However big you think you need.. Get the next biggest size. Also rig up so nothing can ever reach the motor prop. Makes the wind your friend instead of your enemy..
