          Great buy

Bought two of them for Raystown striper trolling, used them for river catfish. Been having them for 3 years and no complaints. Great rods for the buck

          Rod Tip Broke 1 Month

Posted by Adam G on June 2, 2020

Rod looks nice. After a month of trolling, maybe 5 or 6 uses, ceramic insert popped out of the last rod guide eye. $5 fix, but you get what you pay for.

I use these rods on my boat and often fish 10-12 rods at once. Use them for dispy rods and planer board lines. I have had a few rid tips break because I have caught them in the tip- my fault...they are 8 feet long! How can you beat $20 per rod. I have several as spares but have not had to open them. I think they are a great value.

I purchased 6 of these rods and was pleasantly surprised. The low price made me nervous, but they performed well. I only used them to walleye fish so I dont know how they would hold up to downrigger or dipsy use. I lost all 6 in a house fire otherwise I would still be using them.
