    I have been using the 444 for my inland stream fishing (4wt) and more recently for Kings, steelies and browns on the Lake Ontario Tribs. It has performed flawlessly in both applications. The classic roll casts as well as some of the more specialized lines I have used and remains supple in the coldest conditions.

    I have used the 444 for several years on the Great Lakes tribs for steelhead and Kings. The line performs as well as more expensive lines and lasts for many seasons if properly cleaned and cared for.
