    I received the Clam Auger Extension very fast. I wanted to see how it fit in my Eskimo and my Strikemaster hand augers. It had a very nice fit in the Strikemaster auger but it was a loose fit in the Eskimo. I was able to get out on the ice twice so far and it worked in both augers fine. The extension appears to be bare steel so I plan on painting it in spring to prevent rusting and that is the reason I gave 4 fish.
