Cannon Aluminum Fixed Downrigger Pedestal Base features a sturdy fixed base that works with either surface or track mounting, and comes in 4" or 6" heights. The top plate is pre-drilled and tapped to allow mounting of a Cannon swivel base and downrigger, as well as other swivel base and downrigger brands.
Clear anodized aluminum and S.S. construction. Compatible with Cannon, Scotty, Big Jon, Penn, Vector, Proos, Fishlander, and Walker downriggers. Compatible with Cannon, Bert's, and Traxstech track system products.

Fits perfectly in the tite-lok mounting track. You have to think about how you bolt everything together if you are using Cannon swivel mount also.
