Berkley Flicker Shad Crankbait
One of the most productive trolling baits, the Berkley Flicker Shad Crankbait perfectly mimics a walleye's favorite meal. The Flicker Shad features a familiar profile with an internal rattle to attract hungry fish to your area. Individually tank tested by Berkley to run true, this crankbait creates a rolling action that emulates a fleeing baitfish to trigger deadly strikes. The Flicker Shad is outfitted with sticky sharp Mustad treble hooks to easily penetrate the mouth of a walleye.

Trout in Utah
I usually troll with the Flicker Shad. My favorite is the Rainbow Frenzy. Sometimes I will tie a trailer with a triple teaser. I caught alot of rainbows, including a 5 lb rainbow recently and a number of very large cutthroats.
use for trolling !

FishUSA.com- Excellent prices, Outstanding service- Hands down. I have my Jon boat set up for trolling (In trolling motor only lakes). Catch a lot of Largemouth Bass, White Bass and Crappie in 8'-14' of water. For the price, you can't go wrong. I have spent alot of money looking for productive crankbaits. These baits run true right out of the box and put fish in the boat. Have had to tune one occasionally after catching a big fish.

Good crankbait for a variety of fish such as trout, small mouth and walleye. Dives and runs well while trolling and presents a lot of action.

This is one of my go to lures when things get slow. I use these lures trolling for walleye, rainbows, and browns. And casting from shore along the river. The 1.6 are a little lite for longer casts, from shore. Hooks seem to be strong, right out of the box.
Berkley quality and really great colors.

My wife and I fish these lures in the 1.6" and 2" sizes for Springtime Crappie and Bass on ultralight spinning gear. Fish Usa has great prices and good selection of colors. I especially like the 1.6" size.

crappie white bass

I catch a lot of crappie and white bass with the 2 inch model.
I've fished with several pro guides for walleyes and that's the only crankbait that comes out. It doesn't matter what time of year either. Just find the right color make sure it runs true. When you find a good color buy a couple more. For trolling buy at least 2 of each of the best colors and run a couple on one side and a couple on the other side. To lite to cast with baitcaster and not a real big fan of spinning rod crankbaiting. But they are very effective that way. Once again make sure they run true.

outstanding lure for fish you just do not know what you are going to catch

I trolled shad raps for many years, but they are getting a little pricey. The flicker shads seem to work very well also and are less expensive. On some trips the rattle seems to help. Have caught walleyes, perch, and crappies.

Berkley Flicker Shad Crankbaits are a good bait

We have used this bait fishing for several kinds of fish in reservoirs. It is a good all around bait. Sometimes color makes a difference for the time of year you are fishing.
Very good quality.

My go to walleye crank
by Troutreleaser -
I have 2 Plano 3700 double sided crankbait boxes full of flicker shads. Work good trolling and hitting bottom on ridge points, they don't hang up on themselves like flicker minnows. I haven't had good luck with flicker minnows, they tangle to much and tend to twist your line more, even with good ball bearing swivels. Flicker shads also work well casting on the edge of grassy, shallow banks post-spawn

Use these #7 flicker shads to locate walleye mid summer trolling in 8 -12 ft. Black gold sunset is 'go to' color, with blue tiger a distant second.
looking forward to using these.
