The Avet SX MC G2 Two-Speed Lever Drag Conventional Reel gives saltwater anglers compact high-low gear control, magnetic casting support, and steady cranking strength for tuna, yellowtail, dorado, striped bass, bottom fish, and other hard-pulling species. Its two-speed system lets you move from fast line pickup in high gear to low-gear torque when a fish digs deep, while the patented Magic Cast adjustable magnetic anti-backlash cast control system uses Lenz Law to help prevent line overrun and bird nests while casting live bait, irons, and jigs.

Precision-machined 6061 T-6 marine-grade aluminum and stainless steel components, an anodized finish, and a redesigned true one-piece frame give the SX MC G2 strength without unnecessary weight. The powerful lever drag system with adjustable strike pre-set, precision-machined stainless steel gears, 8 ball bearings, reliable Avedrag dry carbon fiber drag washers, and Avet’s redesigned silent dog and gear anti-reverse system help maintain smooth drag pressure and reduce handle back-play under load. An offset machined handle arm, large soft-touch knob, redesigned loud alarm clicker, and optional Glide Plate add comfort and control during live bait fishing, jigging, trolling, and deep-water drops.
