The Avet SXJ MC Raptor Plus Two-Speed Lever Drag Conventional Reel gives saltwater anglers compact two-speed power, magnetic cast control, heavy drag pressure, and steady cranking strength for tuna, yellowtail, dorado, striped bass, bottom fish, and other hard-pulling species. Its two-speed lever drag system helps you shift from fast line pickup to low-gear torque during live bait fishing, jigging, trolling, and deep-water fights, while the Magic Cast adjustable magnetic anti-backlash cast control system uses Lenz Law to help prevent line overrun and bird nests while casting live bait, irons, and jigs.
Precision-machined 6061 T-6 marine-grade aluminum and stainless steel components, an anodized finish, and a redesigned true one-piece frame give the SXJ MC Raptor Plus strength without unnecessary weight. The powerful dual carbon fiber drag system, adjustable strike pre-set, ratcheting Glide Plate, and Strike Stop Button help anglers fine-tune drag settings on the water, while stainless steel gears, 9 stainless steel ball bearings, Avet’s redesigned silent dog and gear anti-reverse system, an offset machined handle arm, a large soft-touch knob, and a redesigned loud alarm clicker add smoothness, stability, and comfort under load.
