The Avet LX G2 Two-Speed Lever Drag Conventional Reel gives offshore and Great Lakes anglers high-speed line pickup and low-gear cranking power in one compact reel for trolling, live baiting, bottom fishing, and fighting tuna, grouper, halibut, striped bass, salmon, and lake trout. Available in left- or right-hand retrieve with or without a Glide Plate, this two-speed LX G2 pairs a powerful lever drag system with an adjustable strike pre-set, giving anglers controlled drag pressure before and during the fight.

Precision-machined 6061 T-6 marine-grade aluminum, stainless steel components, and precision-machined stainless steel gears give this reel dependable strength for demanding saltwater and freshwater use. The redesigned true one-piece frame improves strength-to-weight balance, while anodizing adds corrosion resistance and a clean finish. Inside, 8 ball bearings, Avedrag dry carbon fiber drags, a redesigned silent dog and gear anti-reverse system, and a loud alarm clicker keep the reel smooth, strong, and ready for hard runs. An offset machined handle arm reduces centerline profile and cranking wobble, while the large soft-touch handle knob adds grip under load.
