Long leaders across big trout rivers, weighted nymph rigs for steelhead, and streamer casts for bass and carp all demand quick recovery and clean tracking, and the Temple Fork Outfitters Legacy Fly Rod brings an extra-fast action to those challenging freshwater situations. Its matte grey carbon fiber blank combines TFO’s proprietary Kevlar weave with graphene reinforcement to increase structural stability, recovery speed, and dampening while maintaining a responsive feel through the cast. The Legacy lineup covers 3- through 8-weight applications, giving anglers options for everything from small-stream trout to powerful steelhead in heavy current. Premium black SiC stripping guides protect fly line during repeated long casts, while black smoke anodized double-foot snake guides add strength throughout the rod. Grip and reel seat configurations match each rod weight, and the 6- through 8-weight models add fighting butts for greater leverage against hard-running fish. Every four-piece Legacy also includes an integrated hook keeper, rod sock, and hard tube for convenient storage and travel.
