The Shimano Poison Ultima Casting Rod is updated with JDM specs for the North American market, the first since this pinnacle of the Poison series was introduced in 2014. To elevate its performance, the casting models feature Shimano advancements in rod technology. For one, the full carbon monocoque grip on Poison Ultima Rods now has a new shape. Relocating the pull trigger to the rear grip enhances stability during operation and holdability during casting. The modernized Shimano Poison Ultima Casting Rod is sophisticated performance and functional beauty and is a new legend in the world of fishing.
