SemperFli SemperSeal Subs gives you the translucent, “alive” look tiers love in seal fur for wets and nymphs. SemperFli’s R&D team worked with the company’s pro fly tying team to build a realistic synthetic seal fur substitute that mimics the luster and translucence of baby seal fur, making soft hackles, shaggy wet fly bodies, and dubbing balls look buggy in the drift for trout and steelhead. The fibers come cut long at 3 in. (75 mm), so you can trim, blend, and mix to match your recipe—then step beyond classic river patterns and use the extra length for streamer, predator, and saltwater flies that benefit from longer, flowing dubbing fibers and added movement.
