The Lamson Guru X HD Fly Reel gives fly anglers secure line management and responsive control when swinging flies for steelhead and salmon or working long leaders and light running lines for trout. Its full-frame configuration completely captures the line, helping prevent thin running line or monofilament from slipping between the frame and spool during casting, retrieving, and fish fights. CNC machining creates a precise reel platform, while the larger fluted click-stop drag knob provides a more tactile feel for quick adjustments. An increased handle size with an ergonomic profile improves grip during long retrieves, and the radiused foot bottom creates a smooth, refined connection at the reel seat.
