The Lamson Speedster S-Series Fly Reel brings fast line recovery and controlled drag performance to anglers chasing trout, bass, steelhead, and salmon in rivers, lakes, and other demanding fly-fishing situations. Its super-arbor format combines added circumference with an inboard-mounted handle to increase retrieve rate, helping anglers quickly recover slack when a fish turns toward the boat or charges upstream. The narrow spool helps prevent line barreling for cleaner, more consistent line management, while the sealed conical drag supplies smooth pressure throughout the fight. Machined 6061 aluminum and stainless steel components provide a strong, precise platform, and the Type II anodized finish adds durable protection for regular use around the water.
