Anglers running smaller rigs or just entering the world of controlled-depth trolling will appreciate how the Cannon Lake-Troll Manual Downrigger simplifies depth targeting with a one-hand clutch/brake system and compact profile. Designed for durability and ease of use, this manual downrigger lets you safely lower your weight without cranking, while the built-in depth counter helps dial in precise presentations. Ideal for freshwater and saltwater setups, the Lake-Troll’s copolymer boom, pre-spooled stainless cable, and included rod holder give you everything you need to get in the game and stay on fish.

This Cannon downrigger mounts quickly with a tab-lock base and holds up in harsh conditions with its saltwater-resistant housing. The vertical spool design provides smooth, steady cable deployment, especially useful when solo fishing or adjusting setups on the fly. At just 18 in. boom length, the Lake-Troll is well-suited to smaller boats where space is limited but performance is still expected. A limited lifetime warranty backs up its solid construction, making it a reliable starting point for anglers who want Cannon’s trusted features without jumping straight into powered models.
