I am the owner of Tango Fishing. We have a distributor who does the assembly including the insertion of the Brass inserts that hold the assembly together. I was recently notified that the distributor used a new source for this task and they inserted the brass components with a different method and installed them crooked. This prevents the Board holder from being properly aligned. This has been remedied by the distributor. Also, the material is made from ASA which is both Weatherproof and UV resilient. We have sold over a 1,000 of these units and have had zero returned product. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please return to the seller and we will make it right.

Plastic board caddy that is put together crooked and screws hanging out of it. The product will not last in a boat that takes on any kind of weather.
