From tailing spring steelhead to picking apart freestone runs for trout or rowing through fall smallmouth water, the Sitka Gear Crosscurrent GTX Stockingfoot Chest Wader balances mobility, durability, and weather protection across changing conditions. The Metal Grey wader uses a 3-layer GORE-TEX upper to reduce bulk and boost breathability while maintaining full waterproof coverage, then transitions to a 4-layer GORE-TEX Pro laminate from the waist down for maximum abrasion resistance and long-term performance. Smart fishing features stay streamlined and snag-free, including a quick-access magnetic chest pocket, zippered handwarmer pass-through with internal mesh security, low-profile tool dock, and a zero-snag wading belt that locks in fast. A convertible drop-top suspension converts the chest wader to a waist-high setup on warm days, while stretch-woven gravel guards, knee pad compatibility, and anatomical 5mm neoprene stockingfeet support all-season wading comfort and control.
