The Okuma DTR Custom Offshore Casting Rod gives offshore anglers the backbone, lifting power, and heavy-line control needed for tuna, mahi-mahi, wahoo, grouper, amberjack, king mackerel, and other hard-fighting saltwater species. Its 24-ton carbon and E-glass mixed blank delivers a strong blend of power and durability, while the 3K-woven carbon fiber outer blank wrap improves hoop strength under heavy drag pressure. UFR-II Ultimate Flex Reinforcement rod tip technology adds durability where the rod takes repeated load, helping anglers stay in control during deep drops, trolling passes, live bait spreads, and stand-up fights.

ALPS deep press 316-graded stainless steel frames with Zirconium inserts provide rugged line management, and ALPS aluminum roller tips with 316-graded stainless steel rollers help manage heavy mono, braid, and leader systems under pressure. Select models include aluminum bent butts for added leverage, while DTR-C-601HST and DTR-C-601XHST models feature a swivel tip, aluminum reel seat, and graphite butt section. Finished with machined aluminum gimbals, extremely durable tapered TPE foregrips, and a tapered TPE rear split grip, these one-piece offshore casting rods give anglers serious control when big fish dig deep.
