The Minn Kota MKA-87 Composite Quick Release Bracket gives anglers a simple way to remove and reinstall compatible electric-steer bow-mount trolling motors for trailering, storage, maintenance, and seasonal boat setup. The low-profile mounting system attaches the trolling motor to the upper bracket, which drops over a deck-mounted puck for fast installation on bass, walleye, crappie, and multispecies fishing boats. Composite construction resists rust, corrosion, and discoloration for lasting use around the water, while the locking handle accepts a padlock for added security. The MKA-87 supports trolling motors up to 80 pounds of thrust and 60-inch shaft length and works with most Minn Kota electric-steer bow-mount models.
